I believe that's one of the largest problems in the Tech industry, with all that burnout, quit quitting - so we need to change something in our approach to get us of the maximal potential of the workforce. It's interesting to observe the grow of GPT-3 these days, so with machines doing more and more part of mundane and technical jobs, we need to build our humans skills way more.

I think the culture matching is the new black in Tech Recruitment as mindset, motivation are getting more important than hard skills.
I like the concept of pre-vetting candidates based on their fit to culture, but I am concerned with the method. I think this needs to be done full-auto by data science and extensive background checks, because surveys leave a lot of space for bias. I still think this is a great product that can hugely shorten the recruitment pipeline but it could have its side-effects
I like the fact I have an access to a Talent Pool full of tens of thousands developers at my fingertips, so every time I need a specific developer - I can ask the Mindpal Team and they are ready!
You’ve taken into account two important parameters, according to which it is much easier to create a powerful team. Wish you the best!
I totally believe in the growing adoption of Talent Pools, mainly because they are faster and less risky than job boards.
As a developer - I am glad I don't need to apply for multiple jobs as Mindpal is responsible for matchmaking process, which feels like I have my personal Talent Manager - totally recommend!
