I work in inventory management, and Mindomo has helped me keep the information required in my daily life organized: for organizing materials, tracking dispatches, and keeping records in one place. I can easily find information on the different materials, dispatches and downloads made; both by name and by arrival and departure dates. I have even received several congratulations for a rapid display of information.
There are many mind-mapping tools out there and I tested at least 5 (Mindmeister, XMind, Mindmanager, GitMind, Ayoa, etc), but Mindomo won me over with two key features: file attachments (you can even search for images online directly from Mindomo, besides normal upload) and real-time syncing between my PC and phone (that actually worsk). It's amazing to start a project on my laptop and continue on my phone without missing a beat!
This software is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. I can quickly draft a mind map, then refine it by rearranging parts. I used to rely on regular note-taking apps, but my tasks always got lost in endless lists.
