I love how Luru syncs with my CRM. Has made note-taking easier and shot up CRM compliance. Maybe the only thing to improve will be the full-screen prompt I get everytime I open Zoom.

Overall we sales people mostly forget to update 'updates' in our CRM and with Luru we can now update within Hangout or Zoom so no extra time spent :)
