We created Longist after realizing how difficult it was to actually measure how daily choices — especially what we eat — affect our long-term health. There’s a ton of information out there, but very little that connects it personally and immediately to your life.

That's why we built Longist: an app that uses AI and science to estimate how meals, habits, and activities impact your longevity — in real time — and give you simple, actionable ways to improve it.

We believe everyone deserves to know how they can add healthy years to their life without having to decode academic papers.

Does it also factor in your daily activity...i mean like a feed from a health app e.g. Apple's native health app?
