I've been with Japan crate for already a year. I am really satisfied with the service most especially with the contents of the crates. The stuff are not something that you can just find somewhere. They are also instagram-worthy. It was such an amazing and happy journey with my subscription to Japan crate. I had a wonderful experience with them. Seeing my collections of the toys and plushies in my bedroom are such an awe. Its been 2 years I subscribe to them. Unfortunately, i need to cancel my subscription as my room is already full. I'm drowning with the plushies. My bed is already full as well. Will be subscribing back again. Promise. Thank you Japan crate.
I've been a legit customer of Japan Crate for 2 years now, and it's been the best subscription ever! Sometimes there were delays during April and May, but they always came through eventually. Gotta be patient, you know, pandemic stuff. Shout out to their support team, they're fantastic! I love Japan Crate's unique treats and goodies, and they really care about their customers. The food taste very good and I love trying new things from around the world, this is one of those boxes I recommend because of the happiness and fun you feel when opening Japan crate. I really love Japanese products. First time I ordered and first one I ever had and I loved it with extra crate because of their Buy 1 Get 1 Promo. So I got the Premium crate and the Umai crate. Im so happy with the order. If I got a chance to have extra money in the coming months, I will definitely order again. Worth it and very well recommended.
Japanese culture has always been something that I've been interested in. I'm really happy that I can get Japanese snacks through Japan Crate. The price is fair and the shipping is free. I've never had any problems with the service and the snacks have always arrived in excellent condition. It's the best way to experience Japanese food from afar. I also really liked the weekly issue bundled giveaway. I hope to be able to get more soon. I thoroughly enjoy this product as it provides an optimal way to experience Japan's food from afar. Highly recommend!
You guys are amazing. I received my crate today and i fall in love when i opened it.The crate has an amazing variety of Kitkat Flavors. Nuts and Berries Ruby is one of my favorites. Overall, I enjoyed each of the goodies in the box. I just wanted to say that absolutely love it and just wanted to say Thank you.
Paid them over 2 months ago and still don't have one of the "monthly" boxes I ordered as a gift. Do not purchase this for yourself, or especially a gift as you will be unable to explain to the person with reason what the heck is going on as their customer support is purposefully vague and misleading with answers. At one point they straight up verifiable lied to me numerous times claiming it was stuck in customs despite paper work and tracking showing only a shipping notice has been made. Just one of the worst experiences I've had with a business in many years. I can't suggest you avoid this company enough.
First of all, they always, I mean always late 40+ days with crates, that is normal for them.
Second, they apparently have a deal with DHL which is probably worst international shipping firm ever, you can easy find they reviews online, everybody hates them.
On top of that Japan Crate promote online they service, free box, free shipping and all that stuff which is not. I paid my "free" box 40 bucks, you will not find that kind of information on their site. Stay away.
Please read the many bad reviews of this company before buying; DO NOT buy from Japan Crate. After 6 weeks and many, many emails to Japan Crate they continue to provide misleading information about why no package had been delivered. 4 weeks after the parcel was supposedly sent, I wrote to DHL and they confirmed a shipping label was created, but the item had not been received by DHL. When I contacted Japan Crate many, many times, they kept saying the parcel was shipped by DHL and it was in transit. They continued this lie even after I sent them the email from DHL saying the items had not been received by DHL. Then Japan Crate tried to say customs clearance and international transit times were the cause of the delay, which is a blatant lie because DHL never received the parcel so there was no international transit or customs clearance. Use one of the many other companies providing this service, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with Japan Crate.
HORRIBLE. Do NOT buy from them. It is not worth the money, it took way too long to arrive- 3 months, nonexistent customer service and they are liars. Oh, and they laccidentally took the money 2x, which I would not know about if I did not have notifications on my phone.
Who will not love the range of exclusive Japanese products Japan Crate provides? Due to covid, travelling is impossible, so they give you a taste of Japan that you've missed before you have to return to the covid reality. The chips are very tasty, not ordinary chips that you can buy from your local grocery. Candies aren't bad which consists of very small and per piece, well of course just to taste and so worth it. Not so bad really. The most amazing part was the variety of very unique bag of Kitkat flavors in every box and were just insanely satisfying. To where I can only see these in the web before but now I can taste it already. So much goodies in small box. You don't count the price of each item but instead the experience you will have everytime you open a Japan Crate box. Totally worth the experience.
