@gprojjal congrats. Quick feedback: make sure the output does not contain new things as there is a risk of creating unfair interview notes. I tried with some notes and the output contained invented details, this could probably be fixed by improving your prompt.

I've conducted 500 interviews in my career. I resorted to some simple mental shortcuts to make my writing more concise, and to save my time. As a result, I tend to lose much of the details, and the nuances that actually is important in evaluating candidate.
