Hey Product Hunt! I'm Bharat, one of the creators of Hunchling alongside Yogi and Harish. Digging through customer feedback is painful We believe it's difficult to quickly understand customer feedback about specific parts of your product. Individual feedback channels (e.g. Intercom, Zendesk) have poor search. Search results show conversations by default, even though individual messages within those conversations are more valuable. Existing search tools require you to manually tag every conversation to add it to your feedback hub, which doesn't help when you want to search thousands of historical customer messages. Hunchling supercharges feedback search Hunchling automatically consolidates customer feedback from all your sources (e.g. Intercom, Zendesk, Canny, Slack, and Gmail) in one place and make it easy to search, organize, and stay notified about specific queries (e.g. "sign up bug"). Excited to share Hunchling 1.0 with Intercom as the first source. Use operators to create compound queries, and use keyboard shortcuts to fly through results. For example, "charts, analytics, -cancel" searches for conversations that mention "charts" OR "analytics" but not "cancel".
