Hotjar has phenomenal customer service that will respond within a day. Their heatmap services, video recordings of the users are helping me ease my job. Thanks to @hotjar
New pricing models splits their core features into two parts, meaning they can charge more for the same service. All features work well, but this commodification of a previously unified service is disingenuous.
