I subscribed to Evlista in September and struck a problem when I tried to upload a photo to one category in my Etsy shop with over 1,000 items. I assumed it didn't work because there were too many listings and it crashed! I sent a number of emails to the support team asking for help, and never received a response. I then emailed the "owner" and didn't receive a response from him either. Out of frustration, I cancelled my subscription via the website but was still charged the following 2 months. I contacted my bank to assist and cancelled my credit card so they couldn't charge it again. I don't know how this company stays in business as their customer service is nil ... no acknowledgements of emails received requesting help. I've read similar reviews about this company and would definitely steer clear of them!
