I tried one day of the free trial and was a little disappointed in the limited features that it offered. I had planned to come back and see if there was anything I had missed but forgot about it like we all do on these wretched subscription plan traps. I emailed the company and explained it to them and never even got a reply or a refund. I don't understand the justification behind charging somebody for one day on a free trial based on the fact that they forgot to cancel. If you can see they aren't using it after, why do you think they owe you money! Super annoyed and will be disputing the charge as customer service didn't bother to even acknowledge my request.
I signed up for the Evlista software and I was immediately disappointed in the available features - -- - especially for the price. I cancelled the "free trial." Then realized a few days later when my credit card was charged, my cancellation was not successful. I contacted the company within moments of my card being charged and explained what had taken place and requested a refund. They refused my request. I just wanted to share my experience in hopes of preventing someone else from wasting time and money.
