Great for helping with rhythm when you want to fall asleep. I find some of the modes can get repetitive but sure there will be much more to come with it!

I have a lifetime subscription but haven’t been using it for awhile because the set-up that was added after I started was too long and confusing. I just discovered the ADHD program and am excited to start up again!
