I appreciate Empire Flippers for building such an exceptional tool. When it comes to M&A, we have to deal lots of complex processes in which valuation accuracy is the main issue with most acquisitions due to insufficient or outdated data but this tool is an innovation and a robust solution. I was also working on the same idea for SMBs acquisitions real-time valuation, and I am glad to see Empire Flippers initiative.
