We work with the Standuply Teams scrum bot on a regular basis. In my experience regular asynchronous standups may turn into status updates and team may feel the monotony. So we combine async/face-to-face formats but still with a Standuply bot. We set up this bot so that it collects an agenda before a meeting, and then sends everyone a link to this meeting, which is also held through scrum bot and at this face-to-face meeting, all team members can see the prepared agenda on their screens and talk on topic. At offline meetings, we sometimes run the Standuply automation of a Planning Poker or demonstrate graphs and analytics collected from task trackers. That fills live meetings with visual point.

Meetingbird looks like a great tool for streamlining the scheduling process. The ability to integrate with my calendar and easily set up availability for different meeting types is incredibly useful, and I appreciate the option to add custom questions to meeting requests to get all the information I need upfront.

Love this product. It's changed me having to make notes for each meeting and missing anything throughout it! We use ClickUp though, and I'd love to be able to integrate the notes directly into ClickUp so I could make tasks there - next step maybe? Just a suggestion!

Despite its advanced capabilities, the tool is intuitive and easy to navigate, which made onboarding quick and seamless

I love HiHo mostly for its lack of anonymous keyboard warriors & trolls. It’s all genuine , asynchronous video (mostly) conversations between people are genuinely interested in the topic. New features arrive thick & fast and often. Just great fun, safe, app/ community Oh… and to show I’m a genuine user, that’s my shiny white bald head in the gif at the top of page 🙌🏻🙌🏻

It's a great AI manager that helps my team aligned and prepared for blockers and challenges. I'd recommend it for any team working remotely and requires team visibility.
