During a call I can see a live transcript, and I can refer back to this afterwards. It even automatically listens out for "next steps" and "actions items" and gives me a list of these in a call summary. Super helpful.
Most exciting features: IVR, call holding, call transfer, unlimited voicemail, conference calling, video calling, screen sharing.
When i'm multi tasking and on the phone, the real time transcription takes notes for me.. helps me gather everyones name, prices, action items, dates, next steps etc without writing them down myself.
