As an old-time songwriter/performer trying to get a grip on the entirely new world of today's music industry, something like this is right up my alley. So I took a chance with Creative Intell Academy yesterday, signed up for their main "Essentials" plan, and so far so good. It's kinda what I hoped and expected it to be. I'm only getting started on my first course with them today, but I've already learned a ton of stuff I didn't know. I had an okay music career going in the mid-90s, but the further I go along with these courses, the more I'm realizing I kinda need to know all this stuff if I'm going to be releasing material in the age of streaming, online distribution, YouTube, etc.. I sort of wish something like this was around when I first started out in music. I'd have made more money, at least. Ha, ha.
