I really like it! This is definitely a big problem, Slack channels are getting out of hand and is just chaotic at this time, and the opposite of productivity.

Also, a BIG shout out to the Product Announcement feature...we are now able to broadcast key updates across all customer slack channels...we used to manually paste this in each channel earlier and at times used to miss sharing with 1-2 slack channels, this saves us tons of time and takes human error out of the equation.

I use ClearFeed every day and pay for it. It would be impossible for us to support our customers in realtime without this tool. Highly recommend this if you have customers on your company slack.

Congrats on the launch. At Factors.AI , we provide support to customers on slack and have 50+ channels running currently. Its nearly impossible to stay on top of all the threads and measure metrics such as SLAs, outstanding issues and so on. Definitely, a problem that resonates and the product looks sleek

Making Slack actionable is a hard problem for companies. Super excited to have been following the updates from the ClearFeed team.
