Does your support bot work over email? Or is it a chatbot to embed on your website? Do you have an example page I can play with it? I'm always looking for chatbots that do a good job of handling context and allow a good amount of tinkering in how they generate responses. For many founders, this is the first line of support so it's a product suggestion I get asked all of the time.

A chatbot with great potential with some unique features and very good results. Normally we give 1 or 2 stars to many of the chatbots in the market since most of them are misleading. We did not find similar problems with Chatthing.
