Addressing these typically requires a lot of effort and skills from managers - until now. Burnout Bot automates burnout prevention in Slack. It analyzes team behavior and provides managers and individual contributors with actionable tips to help improve their team’s culture. For example, Burnout Bot may recommend switching live meetings to asynchronous document reviews or may flag that your team is overdue for a team building event. Managers can also see live analytics for work sustainability and engagement. The best part about Burnout Bot is that it’s noise-free. No pulse checks or surveys. No touchy-feely recommendations to take a deep breath or meditate more. It works because it actually moves the needle on what’s going on in your specific team. Burnout Bot also has some super fun features like inspo for high quality breaks or vacations and sharing learning tidbits from the latest research. We’re also building in a suite of AI features and expanding to include integration with Zoom, email, calendar, and more. We’d love to keep in touch! We’ve all burnt out in previous roles as engineers, product managers, researchers, management consultants, and more.
