I was very enthusiastic about the programme at the beginning. I was practically there from the start. I use it to write academic papers and fiction. However, it is not being developed any further. There have been no functional improvements / new features for years. There would be a lot to do here though. Support is practically non-existent. Enquiries by email or chat are not answered or are only answered after weeks and repeated enquiries. Since not even my enquiry about how I can change the payment method because my credit card has expired was answered, I won't be renewing my subscription after 5 years. Good idea, but no further development and poor customer service.
