Atomic Habits is an incredibly comprehensive guide on transforming your habits and improving by 1% every day.
I can vouch for what @james_clear says in the introduction:
"While science supports everything I've written, this book is not an academic research paper; it's an operating manual."
Super insightful PLUS super practical. Hard to find a book that does that well, but Atomic Habits does.
I got to hang out with James in person last year, and I came away thinking "His book is going to be a best seller."
