I just have to say that Habio app and service are terrible. Canceling subscription is impossible since they make it so hidden that no possible user can find it. Taking the money from unsatisfied customers is a form of stealing.
Absolute scam, luckily my bank picked up on the fraudulent charges very quickly so they weren't able to get too much from my account. Im awaiting their response to my refund request for the 2 charges that did go through prior to the bank rejecting further transactions!! Stay well away from these these thieves!!!!
I wanted to test Habio, so I thought I bought a two-week trial period for €9.99. Suddenly my account was not only charged with that, but also for the workbook €29 - so I paid for two different things, but authorized what I remember only one, and four times more than expected. NOT using Habio anymore, felt cheated, and can not trust them. My card is important NOT to be used randomly! So deleted and BYE.
Absolutely awful. They took £30 without my consent from my card and never answered to my requests of refund. It’s a useless app anyways. Don’t throw your money!
