Going from understanding nothing(newbie to tech) to understanding how the universe (tech universe ) works is basically what these courses do😂 Seriously though, they prep you with vocab beforehand and walk you step by step with amazing tips and tricks on how to ace each course discussion. They also do not, I REPEAT DO NOT, make it boring. Cute little Gifs and cool videos sprinkled here and there.
The Appcues Team continuously produce content that are easy to study and understand with very specialized pictures and graphs to further define and explain the context. That is not the awesome part, it is totally free, best courses anywhere in the world. For free!! Thank you Appcues
Until far, the Appcues Team has provided three foundational certification courses through their Product Adoption Academy. The first course, 'User onboarding 101,' goes over the onboarding process in detail. The following course, 'Product Launches 101,' delves into the launch of new features and products in depth, with best practises and real-world examples from well-known companies. I appreciate the efforts of the entire Appcues team in creating such instructive materials. Looking forward to the next course, 'Free-to-Paid Conversion,' which was just released.
I've taken User Onboarding 101 and Free-to-Paid Conversions - both super helpful for anyone new to in-app onboarding. The content is engaging and easy to understand. There are many insights on how to apply the knowledge to your company.
The courses are really well made and contribute to a good understanding of how onboarding, marketing, revenue growth and product management are all related to each other.
I took the course :user onboarding 101. It was super duper learning with Appcues. Apart from the course being totally free, it came with gifts. I was really wowed by the whole experience.

The courses I have done so far have been great. The information is delivered in an easy to digest way and the content is playful in parts, which I really like. Learning shouldn't be boring! The badges that are provided after passing the quizzes are a welcome bonus as well :). Great idea! I'm looking forward to doing more as they are released.
A bit messy for simple usage. The preview/test functions are a bit easier to use in other solutions. Very pricy compared to alternatives, if you do not need advanced tracking etc.
