It’s no secret that nowadays our productivity is facing plenty of challenges and distractions. For instance, social media is a major source of distraction and thus can hinder us from successfully completing certain tasks by tempting us to keep on scrolling for a bit longer.
How many times do we find ourselves continually scrolling through a social-media platform like Facebook or Twitter or swiping through TikTok in search of new content?
