I like a LOT of things about Airfocus: a deep stack of features and plugins, easy views that you can pivot by nearly anything, and every field is customizable but still not overly complex (I'm looking at you JIRA). Supports a lot of workflows for managing expectations up to execs as well as soliciting feedback from internal and external stakeholders (including secret feature voting or public feature voting). The ONLY thing I wish they did differently was their pricing: the prices aren't bad but there's not really a tier for a small startup like ours. It's a lot cheaper than Aha but it's still a lot pricier than Cycle, Trello and other tools better suited to small companies.
For a PM, it's a good source of truth and a great time saver.
Best tool out there for Product Management, really nothing can compare. Easy, flexible, friendly
I had the pleasure of alpha/beta testing the solution and working with Malte during the process. They were very thoughtfully receptive to feedback. The product was quite solidly built. The ability to add in items with key metrics/factors that affect prioritization and also control the formula that calculates the value is indespensible. I've yet to review a task/project management system that has really good prioritization capabilities. AirFocus helps to bridge that gap since it integrates with solutions like Trello, Jira, Asana, etc. I would recommend getting familar with the solution to know where it might be a good fit for your situation (PM or not). If it helps you do even 1 feature or project before a less valuable one, the solution pays for itself.
