I have been using Aimful for several months already. I take full advantage of the mental model it imposes in me while creating a meeting. It does this by not making it hard for me schedule the meeting but by asking key questions during the scheduling process.
The result is thought-out meeting invites. Although, often times, it may also help you realize that the meeting is not really needed.
By thinking about what each participant could bring, I'm also sure I'm inviting the right people. Other stay as optional or I just don't invite them at all.
It's significantly more powerful if the entire team/company uses it. I would definitely recommend this as it'll provide a common interface and language for everyone.
