Znote combines ChatGPT, Notion, and a terminal — in one private, local app. Continue your AI chats inside smart notes, run code, build reports, automate workflows. No subscription. Full control. One workspace to think, write, and build.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I was frustrated switching between ChatGPT, notes, and terminals — so I built Znote, an all-in-one space to:
- Continue ChatGPT conversations directly inside your notes - Keep a separate AI context per note - Automate with code, data, and visualizations - Work without subscriptions or vendor lock-in
Znote brings together: 🧠 AI (ChatGPT, Claude, local via Ollama) 📝 Markdown note-taking 🧪 Executable code blocks (JS, Bash) 📊 Dynamic charts & reports 🎙️ Audio recording & meeting transcripts ⚡ All local-first and private by design
Plug in your own API key (pay-as-you-go) or use local models — no cloud required.

@anthony_lagrede Congratulations on launching Znote, Anthony! The ability to continue ChatGPT conversations directly within your notes is a fantastic feature (loved it). One suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding collaboration features, allowing multiple users to contribute to the same note in real-time. Wishing you the best of luck with Znote!!!
Can’t wait to try this product. I was tired of constantly copying and pasting between ChatGPT and my notes, and having to switch tabs every two minutes. Looking forward to testing it!
Great idea ! congratulations on your project and best of luck for what’s next!
That’s exactly the problem I wanted to solve: no more tab-switching, just seamless thinking in one place. Hope you enjoy using Znote! And don’t hesitate to share your thoughts once you've tried it. Every bit helps me improve it further. 😊
This is seriously impressive, Anthony — Znote feels like the dream workspace for devs, researchers, and anyone tired of flipping between tools. The per-note AI context is such a smart idea — something most chat-based tools don’t support but feels so natural in a note-taking workflow.
Also love the local-first approach with Ollama + pay-as-you-go API key support — you’re giving users real control and privacy. 🎯
Quick thought: Have you considered letting users share read-only notes with embedded outputs (e.g., charts + AI responses) for reporting or blogging use cases?
Congrats on the launch — this definitely deserves attention! 🚀
You're exactly the kind of person I built Znote for: someone juggling ideas, code, and AI, but wanting one place to work in context.
And yes, you're absolutely right about sharing, there’s already a whole section in Znote dedicated to read-only sharing, with embedded outputs like charts, code results, and AI responses. You can export to PDF, HTML, or even publish notes online via a built-in cloud sharing service, perfect for collaborating with teams or sharing insights publicly.
I really appreciate your thoughtful feedback and support.
Let’s stay in touch, and congrats on Elisi too, love what you’re building there 💡
One of the best apps I’ve come in a very long time! It’s designed with both the user and backend in mind, as well as considering the frustrations of someone who might not be tech-savvy. Highly recommend to looking to clear their mind of with something personal and private just them. I can only see improving from here!

@shadmannazim Thank you so much! 🙏
Really glad you enjoyed the “continue ChatGPT in your notes” feature. It’s been a game-changer for me too.
And yes, real-time collaboration is definitely on my radar 😊. It’s on the roadmap!
