@gokhansari Congratulations on the launch of WebGazer! had a quick question for you - How does WebGazer handle scalability for growing businesses? Are there any limitations on the number of websites, APIs, or cron jobs that can be monitored under the free plan?

@ashikhameed Hey Ashik, thank you 💐 We have a pretty generous Free plan, which should be more than enough for people or businesses new in the monitoring game. You can monitor up to 50 different URLs, websites, API endpoints or cron jobs (everything you want, you got the point 🙃) freely. For those who need more than that, we have monthly or yearly paid plans, with more comprehensive feature sets. You can check the details for each plan on our pricing page here: https://www.webgazer.io/pricing. Oh also, for big businesses with different requirements, we work a custom plan with specific features and custom support mechanisms.

Congrats guys! The real-time alerts and customizable status pages are fantastic features. How do you handle alert customization to ensure users aren't overwhelmed by notifications?

@kshitij11 Thanks! You are right, false-positive alerts are the worst. We do 2 things to reduce the noise as much as possible: First, when a downtime is detected, it is verified by additional requests from other WebGazer servers before sending an alert. So if you receive an alert from WebGazer, it is certain that the service didn't respond properly multiple times. Second, in some cases, people don't want to get notified about momentary downtimes. Like, if you are deploying a new version, maybe it is expected that the service will be down for 30 seconds. In that case, we have an option in our alert settings to ignore if an incident lasts shorter than a configured period. For example, for the case I mentioned, you can configure to get notified if the downtime lasts longer than 1 minute. I also wrote a docs article for this, you can see it on here: https://www.webgazer.io/docs/ale...
