As a free-range developer, I've encountered challenges integrating LLMs into existing websites and applications. Dealing with legacy code, managing user access, and providing AIs with relevant information can be complex. That's why I've been working on WebAssistants - a tool that aims to simplify how we create and deploy AI assistants. Here's what WebAssistants offers: 1) Integration: Add an AI assistant to your website with a single line of JavaScript. 2) Context-Awareness: WebAssistant can interpret the underlying page text and images. 3) Customization: Create AI assistants tailored to your needs. Assign tasks, upload knowledge, and provide access to relevant information. 4) Legacy Compatibility: Designed to work smoothly with existing infrastructure. 5) Developer-Friendly: Suitable for projects of various scales, WebAssistants provides tools to work with AI more easily. I've enjoyed developing WebAssistants, and there are more features in the pipeline. I'm really interested in hearing your thoughts - how could WebAssistants be more useful for you? Your feedback and suggestions are valuable in shaping its future development. Thank you for checking it out!

If this AI assistant can handle as many queries as promised, I might finally get some peace during office hours! 😅

Hi @william_woods In my opionion AIs are most useful when they are set to solve a narrower set of tasks and given the knowledge and instructions to solve that task well. I think you should have a team of AI assistants each one a specialist in what they are doing to give you some peace around the office. Thanks and I would love to hear more about what you would like to use the WebAssistants for. Kind regards Thomas

WebAssistants sounds like a game-changer, @thomas_heggelund! The simplicity of adding an AI assistant with just one line of JavaScript is impressive. It’s great to see a focus on legacy compatibility too, as that’s often a huge hurdle for many developers. Customization and context-awareness features mean it could really enhance user engagement without major overhauls. I love that you’re prioritizing developer-friendliness, especially for those of us working on varied projects. I can't wait to see how the tool evolves! Perhaps considering integrations with popular CMS platforms could further broaden its appeal. Let’s make AI accessible and straightforward for everyone! Looking forward to more updates!

Thanks so much for the kind words and great suggestions @dance17219! You're right, our mission is to make AI accessible and easy to implement for developers across all types of web based projects. Old code is the worst. The ability to add some AI smartness without having to deal with all that just feels right. We're definitely planning to expand integrations with popular CMS platforms to further simplify the process, any suggestions on witch ones we should start with? Really appreciate your enthusiasm and support! Please feel free to reach out anytime with more ideas or feedback
