It looks for patterns in what your customers are saying, picking out common themes, sentiment, and specific areas where you might improve. For instance, it can tell you if customers frequently mention loving your customer service or if there are repeated suggestions for a feature you don't have yet. This way, you get a clear picture of what's working and what might need some tweaking. and yes you can customize wall of love.
