Task Flow

Hey Product Hunt! I'm super excited to share a task manager app that is different from other to-do apps. Task Flow offers innovative features like multi-project tasks, a new My Task Flow concept, and more! Often, we have more tasks than we can complete, which is Ok. But, as a result, our to-do lists grow and become difficult to manage. Eventually, I'd usually switch to a new app to start with a clean sheet. Sounds familiar? :) Then, I want to introduce you to the My Task Flow concept that changes how we manage our tasks. 💡 On top of the project structure, you get an endlessly flexible Task Flow view that suits the way you think and work. You select tasks that you're about to do from multiple projects and add them to the My Task Flow. Then, you can create any sections, reorder tasks, just like with any other project. The obvious benefits are: - You can have dozens of tasks but add only a feasible amount to your task flow - You can use a priority or time-based structure in addition to the project's structure To illustrate, by default, sections for "Recent", "Today", and "Upcoming" are available, but that's just the start! I personally, like to add a "Top-Focus" and a "Two-minute tasks" sections. 💡 Another feature worth mentioning is the ability to put a task into multiple projects. Going on vacation and have a task to 'buy a power bank'? Put it into "Shopping List" and "Vacation" projects. No need to make duplicates and you're more likely to find the task at the right time. Task Flow has a modern, thoughtful design with List and Board layouts. Tasks have priorities, notes, attachments, due dates, and subtasks. And, of course, beautiful home screen widgets. Finally, it has an enhanced Pomodoro timer with a snoozing option.
