I’m genuinely amazed by Tapflow! It’s such a well-crafted product—everything is so intuitive and easy to use. Love the design! The team has really outdone themselves.
I’ve always wanted to share my 10 years of design knowledge with the community, and earn some income from it, but never knew where to start. Then I discovered Tapflow and it’s been great to be part of its development as a user and notice how rapidly it has improved. This 2.0 version is definitely the best so far and I couldn’t recommend it more. It’s easy to use with an amazing look and feel, plus it allows me to set the price however I want, which was the flexibility I was looking for 🥳

Max, founder of Tapflow, here 👋
A year ago, together with my co-founder Azamat, we launched the first version of Tapflow on Product Hunt.
It was just a few of us, bootstrapping everything — building, learning, rebuilding again.
That launch gave us momentum — and direction.
It’s what got us here.
Today, we’re launching Tapflow 2.0 — the version where everything comes together, and the vision starts to really take shape.
🧠 Why we built it:
So much valuable knowledge stays buried in notes, docs, and chats — never reaching the people who need it.
Most professionals don’t realize they’re sitting on something others would pay for.
We’ve been there — and built Tapflow to change that.
What gets in the way?
- No time to turn ideas into something structured
- Imposter syndrome: “Who would pay for this?”
- “It’s not that special.”
Tapflow helps turn your workflows, systems, and frameworks into structured, sellable products — fast.
It fits naturally into how you already work.
No need to learn a new tool, or break focus.
You can even publish early to test if it’s something people want.
🌱 What’s already happening:
- Senior designers are selling their own design systems and processes.
- Founders are sharing product and marketing playbooks.
- AI engineers are publishing implementation frameworks.
- Devs are turning internal docs into paid guides.
Some of them use Tapflow for side income. Others have already passed $50K+.
🚀 What’s new in 2.0:
- Real-time collaboration (early beta)
- Product/chapter scheduling (plan your drops)
- Sub-pages and hierarchy
- Fast publishing and cleaner experience for members
- Updated editor with tables, dividers, and drag & drop
- Stripe / PayPal / LemonSqueezy support
- Coming soon: subscriptions and payment plans
🔮 What’s next:
- Email sequences and nudges
- Homework & feedback modules
- Storefront & product page customization
- AI-powered automations
- Reviews and community threads
- Lightweight live sessions & webinars
🙏 Thanks for checking us out.
Would love your thoughts, feedback — or just a hello.

@hewmax Does it support collaboration with different permission levels? Like having writers vs. editors
Tapflow
@hamza_afzal_butt Right now we’ve got basic collaboration in early beta — you can build together in real time.
More advanced roles and permission levels are coming soon. Definitely on the list for team-driven launches.
Tapflow
@hewmax Good luck 🤞
Tapflow
@kirill_tashkinov good luck to us 🫂
@hewmax Are you planning to support version control for collaborative updates, like Google Docs-style history?
Tapflow
@masump you mean version history/staging? We’ll add that a bit later — collaboration is still in early stage for now.
Migroot
@hewmax Congrats on the launch! 🚀 Looks super useful — which use case surprised you the most so far?
Lyssna

@hewmax lovely UI! ❤️ I want the product page to match my site - any plans for custom fonts/colors? congrats with the launch!
Tapflow
@kate_ramakaieva Thanks! You can already tweak text with custom colors inside the editor. Full storefront theming (brand palette + fonts) is on the way—stay tuned. 🙌
