Recently I’ve released a new iOS App: RonRon, which means purr in french.
I'm a cat lover and I practice meditation, so I've got an idea to mix both of them. I've already had the chance to play with Taptic Engine for another project so I was thinking about it, in order to simulate the vibration that we feel when a cat is purring on us.
Three days later, using real purring cat audio and using some signal processing techniques I was able to generate in real time complex haptic effects to send to the taptic engine in order to simulate the vibrations occurring when a cat is purring on you.
@julia_shandrokha Unfortunately it's an iOS only app. The tech behind need a vibrator that is able to vibrates on lower frequency, most of android phones don't have the hardware in order to do that
