I do not think that AI can entirely replace human customer service, as there will always be users with complex questions or issues that only a team member can address and resolve. That was nice to play around with the chat with my website’s data and embed it into my website so quickly. Looking forward to seeing how you're going to make it work as a Slack Bot as well. Btw, any plans to make the bot learn from video files?

@vladyslav_developov thanks! Sure, we plan to add an option that allows you to use your video file as a data source for your chatbot. For now, you could transcribe your video using various tools and then simply upload the transcript to Ribbo AI.
