Remy is a charismatic AI sleep coach who takes care of everything about your sleep from your sleep metrics and circadian rhythms to evening routines and sleep environment. Truly, backed by science.
The course works. I like the scientific approach, facts and gradual, calm progress toward the goal, without pressure, and with the option to skip a day. The yoga nidra is wonderful. Thank you.
It’s amazing how, over these 30 days, I became so attached to Remy that I can’t imagine life without it now. You really did manage to help me, thank you. I don’t regret spending money on this app. One thing I still need help with is falling asleep in noisy environments. I tried earplugs, but I can still hear the noise through them. Other than that, the app is fantastic! Thank you again!
Tried it out of curiosity. I liked a few things, like those ‘hey, remember to chill!’ reminders. But I kinda wish it had more real talk about insomnia. Feels a bit too positive at times but maybe I’m a little negative right now lol.
This is a solid tool, and if you're genuinely motivated to fix your sleep, I'd say it's well worth it. The subscription price doesn't feel like much compared to the improvements you can get. Of course, you still have to put in the effort — it won't magically fix your routine for you — but it’s definitely helpful if you’re ready to commit.
I downloaded Remy out of frustration — I was so tired of waking up feeling like I'd been hit by a truck. A friend mentioned it casually, so I figured, why not? What I liked right away was how chill the app is — no "you must fix your life right now" vibe, just simple ideas that actually helped. I don’t follow the routine perfectly, but even doing it most of the time has made mornings way less brutal.
