We’re stoked to share Stories by Perfect Recall today. Stories is a feature which lets you create highlight reels from your customer calls. Whether you’re doing user interviews, product demos or sales, you’re going to want to share your learnings with the rest of your team.
Instead of sharing your notes from the call, we believe the best way to communicate your learnings is to share video footage of what actually happened.
Hearing the words directly from the customer’s mouth is how you build customer empathy and deep understanding - so your team can build a better product. (Eg. It’s a lot more painful watching someone struggle with your product than reading "customer had a hard time with the product")
