This looks really cool! I love the idea of having pre-built meeting templates. But what about the meetings themselves? I mean, are we all just looking at the agenda, or is there something else to it ?makers
@sarahmarionzeus Hi Sara, thanks for your kind words and good question. We've designed Duuoo with a 'preparation' phase and 'meeting' phase in mind. So once the meeting is scheduled, all the participants will have access to the agenda and can prepare their notes. Once it's time to start the conversation, whether it's a 1-on-1 or a team meeting, users will be brought to a separate meeting environment that will take them through the agenda, item by item, and give them chance to follow up on upon goals, look at recent feedback and of course, set new goals and actions.
@magnus_stawicki_blak1 that is quite clever, agenda is set and prepared, but you set new goals during the meeting? And then what? Can I carry those new goals over to another meeting?

The goals you set during a meeting, whether individual goals during a 1-on-1 or team goals during a team meeting, can be viewed and updated at any time by those who are contributing to it and will then be brought back into all the subsequent meetings for follow-up, until they are completed.

We've compiled an extensive bank of Talking Points that each come along with Follow-up Questions and Insights, categorized into different themes. Duuoo will suggest specific Talking Points for your meetings depending on several factors i.e. type of meeting, what you've discussed in the past, etc. You can also always write your own of course, and companies can create their own Talking Point banks to share with their teams.
