19 months ago, I started a new job at 360Learning, and @nicolas_merlaud asked if I wanted to be on a docu-series to document the 90 days of my onboarding.
I said yes, and the rest was history (i.e. an insane roller coaster ride of COVID-19 and being stuck at home for 18 months while trying to hire and onboard a whole team. 🤪)
Two seasons of Onboarding Joei later, I'm excited to be on the other side of the camera 🎥 and share a new story with you all (much more inspiring than mine, in my opinion 😁) - one that a lot of people might be going through right now; a story of change and dreams. We all have dreams. Changing jobs. Changing the world. But reality catches up quickly. What does it really take to change your life?

We had Onboarding Joei, now we have Learning Audrey (we aren't very original with our names 😂) - and our goal remains the same. We want to show the world what employees really go through. Thank you @joeei for proposing this crazy project. 😱 I still can’t believe I said yes to this project (as if it wasn’t stressful enough to do a 180 switch in your career during a global pandemic!).
Honestly, I’m so glad I (cautiously) said yes because now I can look back in 50 years and remember all of the great people I used to work with 😍
Seriously, though: this was a monumental change in my life and I can’t wait to look back at how much I’ve grown!
