Looking forward to an initial user based. Me and my team work on this after years of own experience using other productivity tools. This is workable solution for newbies looking to cut down their expenses on other productivity tools subscription. This project is start from improvement of other ready product available in the market. But honestly not all COTS product is close to the requirement, therefore me and my team thinks it is good if we can tailor to our specific niche and enhance it. After several hours of R&D and we have decided to go with MVP strategy to focus on the functionality first. Currently, our focus is to improve the usage and ability of the product, make it close to the actual market requirement and find a way to improve and expand its functionality. Our focus business pain is to cater the requirement of user having difficulties in managing the project, task, team and finance - in term of invoicing). Case in point, I'm quite familiar with Waveapps to manage my side-hustle project, but one of the difficulties is to relate the invoice with the project, chasing the payment from client, and having it integrate with payment gateway. Additionally, with the new functionality that allow client to upload their proof of payment manually, and let the user see it to approve the payment done. Definitely there is number of tools to manage task and project such Trello, Basecamp & etc, but not many of its having such flexibility to micro-manage every project and task. With this, we make it event better. Users now can add task, task, sub task, put reminder, inform clients, and let team member manage the task or a project. With build in Gantt-Chart that can be shared publicly, it can be really helpful - especially for those in Project Manager. During the pandemic, I bet many organization having issues managing their team to work remotely. Since officio.work also have a role of employee, The team members (person work under the organization) can log-in and clock-in to record every details of their works.
