How did it all start? My co-founder Dmitry and I developed an app that brought people together at Coliving-creation House. We are used to working remotely, but it seemed to me that we were wasting time ineffectively, because the team did not feel each other. And I decided to gather the whole team in one place for at least a month.
The idea seemed to be simple, but the deeper I delved into it, the more nuances there were. I realized that I was spending too much time on this. So I tried to find a contractor who understood what I wanted, but I couldn't find one because they all worked with tourists, not businesses. It's actually 2021, Caaarl! And then it dawned on me - this is a damn great business in which I and my co-founder are experts!
Now we help remote teams switch to a new format and take over the entire organization in a subscription format.
