Hello Product Hunt people! I'm really excited to share my project, Nexto, with you all.
I've been in sales for around 10 years, and this is the prospecting tool I wish I always had as an SDR and AE.
In my most recent role, I realized how old leads always slip through the cracks because tasks / action items in CRM, Outreach, Salesloft, etc. never have enough detail. And it's time-consuming to write out all the details that future you will need to circle back with a contact with the right message at the right time.
I, like most sellers I know, always had my own "micro-CRM" with personal call notes, follow-up tracking, etc. because it's just easier and more productive to have a simple list of what's next. Without complex reports.
Nexto should be useful for many sales reps for tracking prospect email replies and call transcripts, but this really isn't just for sales reps. Anyone who has a busy professional inbox should find Nexto incredibly useful for staying on top of their inbox.
In this initial release, Nexto doesn't read any emails you don't want it to. Tasks are only generated for emails you decide to create follow-ups for. It should also be noted that Nexto currently supports Gmail.
In the near future, I plan to support other clients like Outlook, as well as integrating with CRMs and SEPs in case you want to manage all of your tasks there.

@orchyan Thanks, Garen! We don't really have any direct competitors. The closest adjacent tools seem to focus on extracting summaries from sales call transcripts, but don't any built-in way to manage action items from all of their calls. For emails, most sales AI tools are focused on text generation to either automate outbound emails or to craft reply drafts. Nexto's main focus is on being the "AI reminder sales assistant".
Our vision is for Nexto to be the ultimate AI sales assistant, letting our users know WHO to reach out to and WHY to reach out on a daily basis.
