What do you think? …

Aive Uus
Hello Hunters! 🌟 One motto that has always guided me is "Keep choosing joy." 🎉 This belief pushed me to leave stable jobs and venture into the unknown. It's why I took the leap to become an entrepreneur and start KoThinker. To solve the pains I have so profoundly felt before: As a CEO of a quickly growing tech company, I've seen that it's not the knowledge people are missing. It's how to apply new knowledge to action (with the help of peer pressure, breaking big goals into small steps, and receiving situational feedback). 🚀 I have felt how it is to be the only one in your role. Others can smile and nod at your findings but don't share your passion. So, KoThinker was born. 🌱 To amplify professional growth and align with the extraordinary! I've been fortunate to have a supportive team and early customers who believe in our vision - to ensure every professional feels encouraged to create a meaningful impact. 🙏 But more than anything, I want professionals everywhere to find joy in their work. Whether through continuous learning, achieving higher results, or simply feeling heard and understood. We should never stop seeking joy, belonging, and self-realization in this ever-changing world. 💜 If you're a passionate product manager (or a founder covering that role amongst many), amplify your growth and impact with co-thinkers from KoThinker 📈 Join our growing community! 🤝

Congrats on the launch KoThinker Team! 🚀 One thing I have enjoyed a lot about being part of the PH community is being able to connect and discuss with like-minded people. I love the idea of having small, focused groups to have meaningful and productive discussions. For the "Experiments" are there any kind of accountability measures, or is it purely self-driven? As in are there any prompts to update the session group that you met with? We tend to get super motivated and inspired after meeting with people, but it can be hard to keep that motivation going when we get back into our day-to-day lives.

@carolmoh thanks for your kind words. Yes, on-the-job experiments get a great deal of attention to push them! First, you agree on a small thing at the end of each session. This will be added to your session memo and next session reminder. And then, at the next session, there is a specific time on the agenda to share the results with the team and gain feedback. This is a very good peer pressure and is working. In addition to all that, we also compensate each sharing with KoThinker virtual share to say thanks for taking actual steps toward future-proofing yourself :)
Carol Moh
@aive_uus Great to hear and love the virtual shares, which also provides an extra motivator! Excited to see how KoThinker evolves!
