I used to use a regular task book on my phone for this purpose, in principle it was enough, but in this product I really realized how many opportunities I was missing. It is also worth noting the flexibility in planning repetitive habits. I've been able to adjust my routines to fit my schedule, allowing me to stick to healthy habits without too much effort. The SMART Goals feature helps break big dreams into smaller and more achievable steps, making the process of achieving goals less intimidating and more manageable.
