A few months ago, we spoke to a bunch of recruiters at fast-growing companies. Almost everyone said the same thing: their ATS just isn’t enough anymore. With AI, anyone can make an ATS-friendly resume in seconds. So the keywords look good, but the actual candidate? Hard to tell.
That’s when we realised: resume screening needs a complete rethink.

@nawal_mishra Hey, there is a lot of talk going on about AI agent, and people are doing this on priority. So are you guys only go ahead with tech domain? or some shift will come after few months?
@nawal_mishra Dont you think Apna is a giant in a blue collar market, still they cannot make so much impact. Dont get offended, just curious to know more and vision behind this.
@deepanshu_chittoria Great point but we aren't into recruitment as of and limiting the product/tool for assessment module where we are job function agnostic now.
