Height is the best project management tool, hands down. I've tried all the others and the only thing that comes close is Linear, but it leans heavily towards scrum / agile and task entry is slow. Height has the fastest task entry experience, best collaboration experience, and the only use of LLMs in a product that didn't feel tacked on or a novelty (it's genuinely useful and they keep making it better).
Height is one of the greatest app for task and team management. The slick UI and UX is brilliant with minimalistic details. This app focus more into work done without any waste of your precious time. Highly recommend this app for small and startup teams. Also can be used for personal work/tasks.
Height has potential and I tried to use it for a month. However, their support is all but non-existent. I have reached out to them around 7 times in 4 weeks to try and get a bug fixed and when they bother to respond it's just a fob off. I even went as far as requesting a LinkedIn connection with the founder and mailed him personally, no response. The support team/person appears to have given up responding too. Absolutely shocking service that doesn't deserve to earn a paying client. If you're looking for a smooth system that lends support when things go wrong, Height is not the solution for you!
This product is a joke. They charge twice as much as all of their competitors and don't give you access to all of your data. You are not able to search all of your records unless you pay and good luck trying to export your data when you want to leave. They have a guest feature that allows you to share tasks with guest users, but they can't actually see the tasks they were shared when they login. They lack numerous integrations and features, yet charge a premium for their service. Their customer service is mediocre at best. I was banned for life from the forum for posting about their price and the lack of guest access to tasks. Never said anything inappropriate or against the rules, but apparently my "tone" was not appreciated. Do yourself a favor and choose one of the other dozen services out there that actually wants customers.
