I spent a long time scouring the internet for an affordable service similar to Forma to handle contact forms and other simple data collection forms on my client websites.
It was hard to find a service that provided me with file uploads, multiple notifications recipients and custom integration tools. I realised that the product itself was relatively simple and decided to build my own.
After using the MVP for a few months, I figured I could roll-up the logic and offer it as a service to others.

I'm currently building a website that will host logos of companies like Microsoft and icons of software like Microsoft Office 365. I've acquired (what I believe to be) all the logos and icons I need to launch the website but, undoubtedly, there will be some I'm missing. As such, I had a need for a short, sweet, and to-the-point form were people could either request or provide icons to be added to the website. I happened to come across this app and it worked perfectly for my use-case! Only took a handful of minutes to sign-up, setup and integrate. ✔️
