I remember seeing the demo and one of the things that stood out to me was the various places where they’ve brought in useful automations. For instance, categorizing the topic of the user feedback across modalities. Out of curiosity, what kind of customizations can clients expect to find for their individual circumstances? e.g., small teams vs big teams that might have different needs.
