@alex_chepovoi Thanks for the great question! Our AI analyzes your journal entries, identifying patterns, emotions and key aspects in the text. It then generates personalized suggestions and prompts based on its understanding of your thoughts and feelings. It's like having a supportive writing companion to help you delve deeper into your reflections. It also provides setting options to get in touch with and make suggestions on topics of interest. For example, if you write in your journal that you've been stressed for the past few days, the AI companion will suggest that you take a rest or try to do physical exercises such as walking, etc. If you've turned on "Health Monitor" in your companion's settings, it may give you some suggestions, such as checking your vitamin levels or give some sleep tips. In fact, my favorite part of AI rapport is the motivating famous quotes 😛. I usually keep my diary early in the morning, write plans for the day, and it helps me stay motivated 😊
