@kingromstar Confluence is more of a Wiki product mainly used for internal teams, we do cover that part. However, our main value proposition comes in creating external facing knowledge base sites. Like help centres, customer portals etc. We cover all aspects of this scenario.

@itsawaisyounas analytics is big part of 2.0 release fully revamped. It covers country wise traffic, search analytics highlighting no results, ticket deflection analytics, broken links analytics etc. please take a look
