Next, there are multiple ways to trigger these notifications. It can be via API or an event from your customer data platform like Segment or even a manual one-time send from our web UI. The inbox also includes mobile push and web pop-up "toast" notifications so you can bring users back to your app even when it’s not open. And don't worry about spamming users; we support advanced send logic like throttling, batching, and even digesting of notifications based on user preferences.
