Corridor is an embeddable no-code solution for HR and Ops teams to onboard their flexible workers at speed and scale. Create, launch, and optimize your onboarding flow, but faster. Improve candidate conversion, automate tasks, collaborate with your team on design, and seamlessly plug-in your favorite HR tools.
- We provide an out-of-the-box, unified onboarding platform that focuses specifically on the candidate experience. This means mobile-first, no jumping between apps and emails, and quicker turnaround.
- Leverage our library of common onboarding steps like signature collection, ID collection, video response, background check, I-9, surveys, and insurance collection. Or, create your own custom steps with form and upload blocks.
- Choose how you want to implement your onboarding experience. Whether it be natively through your own app, embedded in your app, or hosted by us. We provide flexibility in how you want to control your candidate experience.
- Manage candidates one by one or at scale with our dashboard. Filter through what you need, perform bulk actions, and monitor onboarding progress over time for all of your candidates.
We’re building this to help our customers and their candidates have a better all-around onboarding experience. Along the way, we captured feedback around how difficult it is to design, manage, and track all the different paperwork and processes that go into getting a worker to their first day of work (not to mention dealing with trying to make this a good UX as apart of your product). We landed on building something that balances ease of creation and delightfulness by focusing on the candidate experience first and working backward toward designing such experiences.

So many companies get onboarding completely wrong. I really like the design and simplicity of this, looks like a very clear and simple candidate journey + a lot easier for companies to manage. Would be cool to see examples of how this can be used to ramp up new joiners' organisational knowledge and awareness too, to enable them to get up and running quicker.
Not sure why this product hasn't got much attention. In my view, you have made a super cool product. Its very focused in solving hr pain. Thanks for making and sharing it! Congratulations on the launch ❤️✌️
